Andy Roddick made a surprise appearance today at the Winston-Salem Corona Tailgate where five lucky raffle winners won a photo opportunity and a pair of signed flip flops from the No. 1 seed.  Andy Roddick will be in action Friday at 12PM EST against fellow American and North Carolina native, John Isner.
